The GT350 was the last Ford Performance/SVT Mustang. It took 3 years to engineer test and develope.4 years since any mention of a GT500.
I expect the same amount of time for the new FP/SVT Mustang.

LOL, to be fair, I doubt I will care for 500 either. Just not an s550 fan. But we will see (eventually...), Ive seen some mock-ups that look decent, so who knows.I expect the GT500 to be out next summer. I quess you can't stand the GT350...
I hope you're not putting words in my mouth. The comment was meant for the tones RS3. It's very clear he could care less for the GT350 and thinks no one is buying them or paying an adm.
hence his losing costumer quip.
Never said they were losing customers. The GT350 is a great vehicle as you just stated. I was trying to figure out how Ford is losing customers?
Never said they were losing customers.
I said they "could potentially" lose customers over the long wait for the new GT500. People are buying Hellcats and ZL1s currently. And the Demon. But, maybe Ford has a plan,.......let those cars fizzle out a little, people will get bored with them, want something new/different and want the new GT500 in a few years? (Just speculation.)
The 350 and 500 are not generally the same audience, so sure, Ford could be losing customers to hellcats and demons because of the lack of a 500 option.
The issue I worry about is the insane dealer mark ups. I pray that Ford takes a page from Dodge's playbook where they recently announced they would ship the Demons based on received buyer orders at or below MSRP first in order to avoid that whole fiasco.
Was told May 29th by source to expect announcement in 4 to 6 weeks, so should be soon.^^^
Running out of time in June... when is the announcement??
If we could just get everyone with more money than brains to stop paying this damn ADM then maybe the dealers would actually sell at MSRP.
