I didn't do it, shop did but I did it for the car. New gates green belt, new billet pulley idlers, 170 deg thermostat, and a wide band 02.

Putting her on jack stands so I can remove wheels and start my fall/winter detailing/exhaust re-polishing.... Ahhhhhhh this is what I find.

Well, if you don't have an upgraded cover you now have the perfect excuse to get one.

Misspelling brought to you by Tapatalk

It's been on there since the day it was released... it always had a tiny drip. I figured it was from it venting and being a little overfilled. Now I have an issue. In the spring I'm dropping trans to install a new rxt clutch, so i'll drop the Irs at the same time.

Yours still blow out the top? I think we have talked about this before. I keep thinking mine will spew out enough to stop but I still get streaks on the polished exhaust tips about every other drive. Pisses me off but it comes off w a magic eraser and dawn dish soap

I'm going to reseal it in spring and fill it exactly per spec. This is a problem. Over the years it has never collected on the garage floor. Assuming its not a pinion seal issue. I have also noticed on highway the rear-end has developed a loud gear noise when cruising in 5th or 6th gear. If you touch hit the gas the noise goes away. A re-build maybe in order also. Once stop shopping next year..Haha

I should clarify but you all probably know I didnt mean the polished exhaust tips. The exhaust below the diff. Best just to take it to a shop and have them drain a 1/4 quart out. U have the ford racing cover too right? I'm on my phone and it doesn't show signatures if its on there. I think that's what I'm gonna do eventually if it keeps happening

It's really annoying man. I made the mistake of filling it till the fluid came out the hole. Which is what I've done all the time on rear ends. So then I drained it siphoned it to just below the fill hole. I almost want to take it to my buddies shop. Have him drain it out with a pump. Then put what is it one and one quarter quart in?

My catback needs redone now because of this crap.
