Here's the basic info to do so...
1. Pull old pulley off.
2. Take drain plug out and drain oil. If on the car put a towel underneath because it will drip or drain on things below. Do this even if off the car because it will relieve any pressure while taking the snout off the case itself.
3. After #2 then remove snout bolts.
4. Lightly tap snout with a rubber mallet or a piece of wood towards the pulley side. After it becomes loose just wiggle up and down or back and forth to remove from the case itself.
5. To knock out the snout shaft just hit it with the same rubber mallet or piece of wood. It will fall out the back of the snout.
6. Now take the handle of a wooden hammer or the handle of a rubber mallet and gently knock the front bearing out the front of the snout from the rear of the snout.
7. The front seal will come out at the same time while doing #6.
8. The rear bearing on the snout shaft typically NEVER goes bad. If it does then have fun getting it off lol. Might be easier to look for another snout if this is bad.
9. Now reinstall the snout shaft back in without the bearing and follow #10.
10. Put on a table or something while clamping down the snout with c-clamps. This will keep the proper spacing from the end of snout to the end of the supercharger shaft for pulley installation.
11. Now tap in new bearing from the front with a socket or something else that is the same size as the inner diameter of the snout hole or as close as you can to the outer diameter of the bearing. You MIGHT be able to tap one side and then the other to get it down in there but don't get to far ahead on one side before the others.
12. The snout seal is a 2 directional seal!
13. To get this back on the snout shaft just throw it into the freezer. Then you can put your finger inside it that faces the snout shaft and widen it for installation. Just make sure the seal going towards the back of the blower is going towards it! Use same tool you used to install the new bearing.
14. Put the snout back on the case using some ATV sealant or some hight temp sealant. There are some hollow dowels to make this impossible to install this thing the wrong way.
15. Put very little loc-tite on the supercharger bolts (after you clean them with a brass brush) and then reinstall them.
16. In a star pattern tighten all bolts to say 15ft lbs and then 23ft lbs to finish.
17. Reinstall pulley and you're done.
Things won't fall out when you take the snout off the case itself. It's very easy to take one of these things apart and put them back together.
Here is a place to order the rebuild parts from but I can't say these links will be good forever.
Snout seal...
Eaton - EATON Snout Seal #ETN-101687
Snout bearings...
Eaton - EATON Snout Bearings #ETN-SNBNGS
Snout coupler if needing to be replaced.
ZZPerformance - Supercharger Coupler #ZZ-SCCPLR,
For oil you can go to your nearest GM dealership and tell them you need supercharger oil. Typically it's been sitting on a shelf for a long time and they will knock some off the price.
Amsoil will work perfectly! 10-30 or 0-30/40
That should be it from quick memory if someone needs me to add or change something then let me know.
