this house is .2 acres. the 4ah battery should cover the lawn, but the extra 2ah with it should do the job for sure.Definitely a good deal, money wise. How much acreage do you have? Post back your feedback after you've tried it out.

Sid, I couldn't see a link from my home desktop computer (only the generic Amazon.com link). And I just went to the first post and still do not see a link, except for the generic link. I do, though, see a momentary icon that must indicate an error of some sort. I have a block of blank space above the mower detail image, about the size of the image. But no link.
Same issue with two different browsers. Chrome and Edge.
No lie, a friend of mine was electrocuted using a corded electric mower maybe 35 years ago.
Nope.He lived huh?
Unless you buy a Stihl, weed eaters are a losing proposition. They consistently die and are frustrating to deal with. In our case, we have a 1/3 of an acre. I specifically went out and bought a Honda powered push mower. Works pretty well and since we deweeded the hell out of the yard, it's much easier to mow now. But in the context of this thread, we bought a Kobalt 40v weed eater last weekend. Has two speeds, and worked flawlessly.
I'm pretty damn happy with it since I won't have to fight the 2 cycle battle every spring when I get the lawn equipment out for the first time. I don't think I'll ever jump to an electric mower.. but electric weed eaters are dope. I don't have to buy gas, I can drink beer since it's so lightweight, and it's easy to maintain.
I have a Ego blower and hedge trimmer along with the Echo gas ones. They make some good stuffI bought an ego 21" last year for 500 on sale with the 7.5ah battery and it has been absolutely fantastic. I will never use a gas mower again unless I move to a house with a much bigger lawn.
I would have went diesel.I bought a 4 stroke weed eater, because I didn't want to mix gas. Horrible idea, bitch is heavy, she grunts though.

I have the 80v Kobalt set and love them, they have been perfect for the past 2.5 years. Not sure about the Greenworks stuff but the Kobalt mower has a 2-stage power mode that kicks it in high when it senses thicker grass. Best thing is since they start with a button the wife loves doing yard work now while I work on stuff in the garage.
That is a great deal for that setup!
Battery technology is coming along nicely. The only thing NOBODY seems to get right when it comes to batteries is a friggin dust buster. We've gone through two of the stupid things that only hold a charge twice then die permanently.
