I am having problems going from first to second lots of resistance or grind small ping . I hear it’s common but how do you fix thus issue . When the car gets hotter or I run the gears it’s fine .
Should I add gear oil additive or transmission additive for friction .
What’s the best solution.
Thanks guys and gals

only issue I had was clutch cable binding ,

at 1st it was just hard to get into gear, than noticed clutch pedal getting harder to push..

new cable didn't fix it..

oiling the cable did..

I had pulled cable after install..oiled it with wd40..been great now

on stock quadrant..it some times needs adjusting,,just lift up on clutch to tighten..

Since you say it gets better as it warms up I would say it's the fluid. I would drain it and refill it with some decent fluid then see how it feels.
