This particular mule for the RAM Rebel TRX was caught testing alongside a Challenger HellCat Widebody. It has been confirmed that it was packing a HellCat engine, as it emitted a HellCat whine while the engineer tried to flee from the photographer.

The TRX mule has aftermarket fuel rims, and some sort of framerail support/bracket that extends from the axle area all the way to the rear doors, suggesting the RAM needs extra support to handle all of that power.

RAM debuted the Rebel TRX concept at the State Fair of Texas in 2016, and since then, the TRX has been haunting the dreams of MOPAR fanboys wishing for a Raptor competitor. Sources familiar with the project have confirmed that the TRX will get the full 707 hp, and not the detuned 575 hp seen in the concept.

Expect an official debut sometime in 2020.

Mehhhhhhh. And I like Ram trucks too. lol
It's just a pre-production o it may look better. Plus, it's gonna need all thoe 707 ponies to move that machine. Looks heavy.
Give me that 707HP in a Sport model 4X4 rcsb truck and that will peak my interest for sure.

I’ll wait till we see what the exterior actually looks like. No way it’s this watered down when the rest of the hell cat equipped line up looks great.

That's what I was thinking. We shall see.

I saw the TRX concept at the Texas State Fair a couple years ago. I really like the new interiors.

Curious on how the exterior will look compared to the 2016 TRX.

That was a hellcat engine slapped in a bighorn model iirc.

Seen some rumors that it could be priced near the trackhawk, which would be a shame.

I like it too but other than the wheels it's kinda plain jane. Hopefully they do something with the exterior to set it apart.

He does speak from truth.

Found myself in a lot of trouble at times with 411hp in the Gen 1 Raptor.
You could easily max out the stock suspension/brakes with 411hp.
My supercharged Raptor(#2) was fun on the street but offroad you had to be extra careful of how much gas you gave.

I, too, expect the exterior to better represent what's under the hood. As a package, I like it. This particular mule, design wise, not so much. But again, I expect exterior changes.

I want it to be more successful on-road as a muscle truck...
If it's successful there it wouldn't take much for FoMoCo to dig through the parts bins, grab a few raptor and mustang parts and perhaps bring back a Lightning...
