So I’ve tried searching but can’t find any info on this problem. Fuse 31 in my 03 ( data link connection) keeps blowing and I noticed because my aerofroce scab gauge won’t work. Anybody have any clue why the data link fuse for the obd2 port would keep popping the 10amp fuse? This just started happening and I’m puzzled. If i replace the fuse the gauge will work but the fuse eventually pops and the gauge shuts off.

have you checked your dash grounds?

No but i guess i will. I never touched the dash or taken any of it apart ever. I hooked up the interceptor gauge and didn’t have any problems till now after i put the map sensor in for boost.

Any pins bent in the port touching other pins?

So update, got a power probe out and i believe the aerofroce gauge is bad. The power wire for the 3.5 bar map sensor is showing 12volt constant power when it’s not connected. If i pull the DLC fuse (31) the power wire for the map sensor shows ground now. Same results if i pull the obd2 wire from the interceptor gauge out. Looks like I’ll be contacting aerofroce this week.
