neither.
Just get some mickeys.
How come no one uses NT-01?
2 sets, first set within 400 miles flat spots and horrible vibrations. Mickey warrantied a new pair same thing. Done with Mickey. Hooked good but 50mph and over horrible. 80mph u thought lug nuts were coming loose

Does that nt01 have a really stiff sidewall? Getting any wheel hop using them?
Interesting. Never had that problem. I had both tires that you mentioned. The compound just wasn't the same. I remember when I had the new nitto drag radials we were tuning my car. even after driving the car to the shop, making three pulls, the rubber was still harder than the mickeys on a mustang that was sitting on a lift for two days lol. My tuner was like, why do you have nittos on your cobra. I wanted to try them but I took them off. They didnt hook that well.
What about the R888R for the cars making low 600's? I was thinking those for the next go round as I'd like a little handling too.
A few of the autocross guys around here like the RE-71. But their power levels aren't quite where mine is at.Yeah. I was wondering about the R888r vs the Potenza Re-71r. Seems like I see the Potenza may last a little longer but maybe not quite as sticky.

R888R's get good reviews, biggest complaint is they are noisey on the highway.
Toyo TQ drag radial is another option.
Between the Stingers, gear whine, and the 10" sub in the trunk I probably won't notice the tires.R888R's get good reviews, biggest complaint is they are noisey on the highway.
