I'm using this site for bodyweight exercises. Mix in some running/biking and it should help burn the bags of potato chips and cases beer.

If you are buying gym equipment now, you are way too late to the game.
I put some 2x4s up and put eye bolts at different levels. Got 300lbs of bands and a bunch of different handles. Anyone that says you can’t get a good work out with resistance bands and the proper set up has no clue what they are talking about. Between the garage set up and the fire station gym I’m holding steady at 189lbs still.

Thats a real nice gym you got there, havent seen a band setup like that before. Never been to a gym that ever used bands for anything else besides supplemental stuff. Personally I still prefer dumbbells because Ive used them for years so I never did any real research into making a home gym out of bands.
I currently use bands to fill a couple holes Im missing from no cable machines. Care to share the details on the bands you have/prefer, makes the ones I use look like as seen on tv stuff. Also tell me about that dip station hanging on your wall beneath your pullup bar. I got a couple metal folding chairs for my dips currently.
The name of the manufacturer should be enough. Was debating a power rack, bumper plates and small pulley station for the basement before all this got started but never had a timeline.
Yup. Same here.I am just glad I already have a home garage gym.. Olympic plates, barbell, bench, hex bar, Roman chair with dip, pull up station, wide range of dumbells. I can do the big movements, though under normal conditions I’d go to the gym for all the accessory work.
