Getting ready to move forward with a JLT Super Big Air 148mm intake, Ford Racing 65mm TB, 2.4” Pulley, TR7ix plugs. N-Gauge with Lund 93 octane tune.

What are others making for power with these mods? Any other suggestion for remote tune?

Any reason you’re going Lund or mail order? How far are you from Detroit and good local tuners like Lidio/Alternative Auto Performance?
Also you’re using a huge CAI and a small TB. Unless you have future plans for 800+ rwhp then your CAI will be better as a 123/127. If wanting all in on the induction, then use the XBA Elbow with the big bolt pattern KB TBs like their twin 75 or 168 mono. Those TBs will match the 148 JLT
What are your goals?

Just looking to maximize the HP potential with bolt ons. Keep it safe on 93 as I have no plans to build the bottom end. Can I get 750rwhp with above parts if I go with a larger KB 75mm TB instead of the Ford Racing 65mm?

I’m about 3 hours away from Alternative for a dyno tune.

750 is probably a stretch with just those bolt-ons. Around 700-720 maybe with off road exhaust to boot.

Add some 3.73 or 4.10 gears and you will be a very happy camper. Best Mod imo with a sticky tire.

With the mods you listed and assuming you have the stock exhaust system, you'll probably make 680 to 690whp, if you're going for 750whp, ditch the FRPP twin 65 and do XBA setup with bigger injectors.

Mine made 680rw with your mods 2.4 upper , JLT 127, TR7's, VMP Twin 67 with O-sized BPS Plenum ..BUT... I also had headers and 410 gears . I was once on a Mono Blade hunt. Long story but I wound up with Lund who advised the bigger 148 CAI because he liked the MAF signal for tuning. So...I swapped out the JLT 127 for the HUGE 148 but also did the PBH packaged KB 168 MonoBlade + O-Sized XBA Plenum. Except for a bit higher idle the car runs like stock.....just as good as the VMP Twin TB but picked up 37 to 716rwhp. Torque stayed the same at 679-680rwtq but the power curve was flatter making for more fun everywhere above 3500. This is on 93 octane Lund Race Tune at 16.5psi boost on stock injectors. I'm not sure the JLT 148 contributed much at my HP level except for Lund having that base tune down pat for starters. If I did it again I'd likely see how the tune went with my old JLT127 which I quickly sold with the VMP 67 & O-Sized plenum to offset cost. The KB Mono 168 with XBA plenum exceeded all my expectations as a MonoBlade upgrade over the Twin67.

If you go with a JLT don't be surprised if the out-of-the-box tune doesn't work perfectly with it ... quality control is garbage with those units.

That said, I'm very happy with my Lund remote tune - my JLT was one of those POS quality-controlled units but the Lund guys worked with me to get my tune all squared up. Very happy with their services - remote tuning is easy - just find a long stretch of load, you do some idling, slow pulls, a fast pull, then send the datalog and they make tweaks. Normally I tune all my cars on the dyno but didnt' have the opportunity here, but ended up just as satisfied.

Looks like the XBA elbow and KB 168 is a worthwhile upgrade. I send PBH an email as I don’t see the XBA/168 parts available on their website. The stock fuel system supports these mods and 720rwhp?

You’ll probably need a boost a pump (I still have my dual KB 20V comp BAP that Lidio originally installed).
But the stock dual pumps hold their own quote well.
I also have the PMAS DD149 and an XBA elbow available, both new unused.
Message me if you’re looking to save on a package.
And yes, gears and R compound tires are the best first mods.

I’m about 3 hours away from Alternative for a dyno tune.

Several Things.

1. I drive 6 hours round trip to my guy in Delaware for custom tuning. the car is worth it. Don't go with the canned Tune.

2. For 750rwhp you're going to need exhaust mods. Those factory cats arent going to like that power level.

3. You're going to need suspension mods, BMR upper/lower control arms, aftermarket springs, Drag Radials at a minimum to get the power to the ground.

4. You might get away with it, but id recommend AT LEAST getting something like the VMP booster pumps for more fuel...

5. That CAI is WAY too big.. IDK if youll have issues with tuning.. I doubt it since youre using a 65mm TB.. You should be fine but that's YUGE.

6.Get ready to upgrade the clutch.

All in all for 750rwhp, put to the ground, SAFELY... You're probably looking at (estimating here its been awhile...) roughly $7k? parts and labor done on the cheap? I think that's probably in the ball park.

OP....At 716rwhp with stock injectors my fuel pumps were not near max. I had two separate Mustang shops do a tune evaluation of 2 pulls after my Lund Race Tune. All vital signs were safe. That was 2017 and my car still runs terrific. I'd say a BAP would be a good idea for your goals then see what your tuner says on injectors. When I did the mods we couldn't get the car to idle with an FRPP Mono Blade. Lund recommended the KB Mono with XBA Plenum & JLT148. So....I took a shot. On the very first Base Tune my car started & idled without incident. Next tweak and I was slowly driving around my data logging.
Billet Pro Shop used to make the XBA plenum exclusively for PBH. Curious, I called BPS/PBH for you. BPS sold 50 XBA's to PBH who has since not renewed that purchase because PBH said demand for modding 2013-14's dropped significantly. They advised VMP's O-sized Plenum + KB Bolt Match adaptor works. I'd bet power wise the KB Mono 168 would be just fine with a JLT 127 CAI. If you chose that route you'd use your stock TB's electronics on the KB Mono which is not a difficult swap. Maybe that's why the KB worked so well?

Thanks for all the info. Definitely want to do the the elbow and KB mono after reading all the response. I’ve talked to a few others that are really happy with Lund tunes. Leaning towards them for the tuning as well.

I have an OG unused PBH XBA elbow with KB flange. It’s been powder coated but not used but I like it as it’s the first version that does NOT have XBA embossed, so it looks cleaner/like stock.
