A base model starting at $45K, "up to 228 mile range" and if that wasnt enough it comes with "10 free days of use of another subaru for enabling longer road trips". Who the F buys this garbage, is it even possible to be profitable/affordable if all subsidies are removed???

I was just at Ford yesterday. There were about 10 Mach-E-marks on the lot. They are pretty ugly in person

I really thought you were joking about that one. That is just a dumb marketing move.
This one doesn't empress me in the least.

Here's the Shelby Mach E concept that was at Carlisle last weekend. I was offered a test drive at a local Dealership when the Mach E first came out and refused after the giving in the once over. I would at least consider trying this concept out.

Penetration, however slight is sufficient to complete the offense.

All of this is complete nonsense, it's like follow the leader with these car makers. There is absolutely no market for these cars, and the problem with range has not been addressed. Most importantly, there is no way to charge these cars in mass, I really hope many of these companies go bankrupt. We are at least 10-20 years away from electric cars being viable.

Actually, Kevin, Subaru has somewhat addressed the range problem. Buy this, this Mach-E lookalike and "10 free days of use of another Subaru for enabling longer road trips". LOL.
