Oh, it was the best chili we've ever had. Took some to the neighbors, they about did back flips.

Made smash burgers on the Blackstone tonight, my boys didn't say a word or put them down once they were picked up to begin.
Wife said a little heavier smoke next time. I used a pretty mild pellet.

Cooked two Hebrew National dogs along with an Italian sausage link. Cut the link in half lengthwise and added each half to the steamed bun with the dog. Some diced onion on top with a little brown mustard. The sausage added a nice little kick.
Venison and refried bean tacos with mixed veggies.
