Tomato bisque for soup Sunday with a three cheese grilled cheese sandwich.
Like a Skirt steak, flipping awesome.Currently marinating a flank steak and will have rice and salad with it. Flank is a cut you rarely see in restaurants but I think it's good. A little chewier than than filet and rib-eye and T-bone but has a good flavor.
