Your welcome:thumbsup: I found alot of useful information on that site. I am going to try to apply alot of it to my routine.

Right now i am doing about 3-4 rounds of jump rope, 3 or so of double end bags, 5-6 speed bag, and 5 or so of heavy bag work. I've never tried the power boxing yet, but have done the punch outs and they are one hell of a work out.

I found that doing simple exercises like push-ups,pull-ups,ect....makes you alot stronger
than throwing weights around the gym.

I was very impressed with his workout routine!

You dont go to the gym to watch other people.. You should be more consumed in what your doing than watching someone else.
Get in your zone and dont pay attention to some guy you may see here and there.

The last thing you should be trying to do when yoru in the gym is analyzing someone else.. Unless its a fine ass girl in between sets

Nate,

I didnt mean it that way.. when you are a member at the same gym for over a year, you become aquainted with faces, regulars... you can tell who benifits from the gym and just is a waste of space. but thats on them.
i wasnt trying to say i stare down dudes or whatever. People have different logic and ways of processing information. its all good.

Yea thats good stuff right there. If I could do all that I would be a huge e-thug. I'd just have link to my training video as my sig. Right now my video is titled, Moron gets crushed by keg.

Who needs to box when you have a fuggin gunship?!:rockon:

That guy was pretty intense, kind of resembles the singer for disturbed too :poke:

Beast, the wheel was most impressive. I have a couple of friends who lift and only one of them can the wheel like that but with no vests, he is the only person I have seen who is able to do it.

after a nice sunday of racing motocross/supercross come monday morning you wake up feeling pain in places you never knew existed!

I can agree 100 % on that one  Only its 4 wheels for me "YFZ 450 " will do some serious damage to my muscles the next day... But once im on, I dont want to get off

Not tryin' to be an ass here but I would give that guy a run for his money.

Good video but nothing I haven't done, except for the keg lift.

Nice nice. I have done power boxing, punch outs, speed bag, and heavy bag work. I have not gotten around to the jump rope yet. I am trying to find a final routine and stick with it so I can be consistent.

I agree... I'm in the gym 4-5 days a week training all muscle groups including core strength.

Hardcore? I don't think so...I have seen way much tougher training then that. Don't get me wrong, all that sh*t is deff hard to do if your not in shape but really not that hardcore.

I was pretty impressed!! In all honesty if your not playing sports or fighting competitively you are killing your joints for no reason. That dumbell clean is a rotator cuff injury waiting to happen. Still impressive though.

Boxing has nothing to do with bulk though, you gotta be real fast, and strong dont get me wrong but every pound of extra muscle makes you that much slower, not to mention muscle is heavier than fat so your competing in higher weight classes, meaning, you fight bigger dudes who are muscle but also have more fat and and are fast cuz they have fat not muscle weighing them down, and that fat absorbs more blows than muscle. so you can be 5 10 210 pounds of muscle competing in a higher weight class with a 6 2 200 pound guy with longer faster reach, its like a sledgehammer fighting a jackhammer. kinda. just my opinion, I used to box.
