go from a roll because looks like it is a drag car and will waist you at track or from a dig on the street.

ummm.. how about NO!!

I beat bolts on, cammed, stalled (3800), slicks LS1 SS from a dig and roll (my close friend's car) he ran best of 11.8 so far and cuts 1.5x 60' consistently and lifts driver side wheel up making around 390rwhp. so that dude will get raped off the bottle if the cobra driver knows how to drive IMO.

I make alittle over 500RWHP thru an automatic trans 3600 stall conv and a 12bolt 4.10 gears w/spool Bogarts and MT drag radials 325-50-15s ..Its a simple bolt on car with a nitrous cam (NO HEADS) which i lost about 60RWHP but i gained it back in TRACTION :) I have a 150HP plate kit ..Its all in my 00 Formula the car hooks hard on the street & track 3700lbs with driver :burnout: I can destroy many 600HP cars on the street :coolman:

ALL forced induction stick cars with the stock rears and tires make CRAZY HP #s :lol: But they don't HOOK :fm: Plain & simple if you can't put the HP to the ground you can't win :beer:

BTW, I hate to get people here stirred up, but im willing to bet a intake/exhaust 100 shot F-body would give you a helluva run.

Not everyone has a low 11 second non-pullied/ported 03 like Musclefan. 99% of STREET driven 03 cobras weigh in @ 3800+ raceweight, and have a center console, lol!

I was pullied and that was it and the car weighted 3870lbs at track with me in it.;-)

I beat a geared, stalled, 125-150 dry shot a couple bolts on 99 camaro z28 from a dig. he got me untill the 3rd gear but i caught up after that quick and walked on him. i shut down when i pout 2+ cars on him and i was still pulling hard.

I wouldn't race him for $$$, you have no idea what size shot he might be running. I'd through some nitrous on your car and then race him. :-D

With his suspension mods and the stall I would try to get him to run you from about a 20 MPH roll OFF the bottle, that would be your only shot IMO. Good Luck! :beer:

Maybe the guy in the cobra could ask the guy in the camaro to only run on 4 of his cylinders and give him a 10 car jump?

If you are gonna race the car, then race the car....not a retarded handicapped version of what the car could do.

I hate people who want to make the other guy handicap his car just so they don't get crushed in the race..... :bash:

BTW--to the OP, an LS6 full bolt-on car, stalled auto, built rear, and nitrous will probably beat you badly from what you say you have d one to your car.

I understand that a 9' (which is a 9 foot) rear would be tough to do, pal...but I'm not sure what would be so unstreetable about a 9" rear....care to explain why a 9" is so unstreetable?

You answered your own question.

If said person was willing to torch and cut apart the frame of a vette to the point your sitting with your own transmission, then obviously your obviously not gonna stop at lid and axleback..

but way to try and plug your knowledge of cars.
