+1 Those folks that sent a money order should have a physical address to knock on the front door. Hopefully someone got his phone number as well.
I have his address, his number, and email address. And if I wasn't 5 hours away, I would've already been at his house. I'm not saying it still isn't gonna happen.
Now what would be really nice, is if we could get everyone who he's screwed together and go knock on his door at once. Drag him out on his front lawn, and beat every cent out of him. He says he's moving, so he thinks by the time anybody realizes what happened he'll be gone. Does he really think we can't find out where he's moving to?!?

mustanginky and mesoriah24 are the only 2 people I have received money from on this forum. They will both be receiving refunds if the stuff doesn't show up by monday.
Why aren't there tracking numbers available to see where the items supposedly are? It's not hard to be a decent seller and communicate when items are shipped and provide tracking numbers. If you don't have the time or competence to sell things don't make the attempt. :kaboom:

ethompson6 you are such a scammer, it is a real shame that you scam people in times like this, we mailed you a check for $100.00 in Jan for the shifter and received NOTHING you cashed the check the next day you received it, and I even left you a voice message and you never returned the call. So on that NOTE we are filing a complaint against you in the courts, I have family in the law so you can be found easily. Others that got scammed I suggest that you do the same and get your money back. The address where the check was sent was 1231 Janaf Pl Norfolk, VA 23502-2612, phone # 757-461-5674. We have the canceled check and if you sent the item you should have a tracking number no matter how you shipped it which you will have to prove in court.

I put a stop order on my check and got the money back. hope everything works out for everyone else...
ethompson6 - I hope you are truly serious about the refund. At this point, I would just like my money back. I know the items aren't coming, so just please refund me. I have complaints filed with the Federal Trade Commission, the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs, and a local attorney. I will continue to pursue these complaints until I receive my refund. When I have the money back in my hand, I will drop all filed complaints.
I seriously do not know.
I tried that a few days ago, but my m/o was cashed a few days after I sent it. So my bank suggested to take further action in another direction, and file legal complaints
Yeah I didn't really mean all of that. I was just venting a little. I'm just tired of getting screwed. It would really solve nothing. I would rather take legal action and have the money back in my pocket.

i have done the same thing. i filed with all those agencies or wutever you want to call them. i will take it as far as i can til i get my money back
monday is the last day i'll wait. then i'll get ahold of him. he's been responding on another forum board as far as a resolution goes. we'll see how it goes over there.

Yes, moddedmustangs.com. There's a thread titled Ethompson6. Its his home forum. He's been on and says he is going to send me and you our $ back. He told me if by monday I didn't receive it, to get ahold of him and he'd refund me.
