That 350Z is badass. Where are these pictures taken? I'm in the Norman / Tulsa area

thanks for the compliment on the Z. the pics were taken in an old run-down industrial area of lawton; shady part of town but as you can see, the best pics can be taken from here. besides the lighting, nothing was altered on these pics.

I like it, although they are "import" wheels they are extremely high quality. What are the specs on the set on the cobra? Its nice to see something different.

looks great! How much did the set you back?

thanks. the wheels/rubbers ran me a dollar short of 4800... yikes!

glad that you agree on the quality of the japanese domestic market (JDM) and the specs are 19 x 9.5 +22 (front) and 19 x 10.5 +22 (rear).

not really my style of wheel on a mustang...but hey..diffrent strokes for diffrent folks.

i totally respect your comment.

Volks/Rays are some nice ass rims i had a set of the GT-Ns on my eclipse. I wanna see the Lites/titanium lips on the cobra. Overall I like em. I think the car needs to be Slamed on the 19s though.

Not a fan either, sorry. I've seen those wheels on many a R34 Skyline and they look great. NSX's sport them great as well. Not the right look for a Mustang. To each his own though....

Also, what's the deal with the huge 4.6 badge on the back of the Cobra? You shaved off the Ford and SVT badges to add a huge 4.6 badge?

actually, i wanted to have the back-end plain, however, the two holes that the ford emblem left had to be covered; the 4.6 emblem is there to cover the two holes until bodywork and paint can be done. eventually the cobras on the side will be deleted also; i like my rides clean and free of emblems as much as possible.

I like the way the 350z's wheels look but as it flows with the car~ I dont care for it~ to busy and out of left field to me. I am sure they look better in person. Nice idea but not really for me (but I am more of a clean less = more person)

 totally respectable! you are correct, it is a pain in the a** to clean the gram lights!

i like the both of them.... were they very expensive?

gram lights 57s pros = 6000 and some change
volk seibon edition te37s = 4800 minus a dollar

Good call

I don't mind certain badges. All mine are Cobras at this point except the Ford badge. Swapped the Mustang in the grill and the SVT on the tail for Cobras.

Volks are good quality wheels, but you are paying money for the name, honestly I don't find anything special about the styling on these wheels. I have had a set on an import before, but was not that impressed with them. The wheels do look good, just not on a Cobra.

Like I said, let the haters hate lol. Wheels look great on the Cobra, might look even better if it was a bit lower. Love those titanium lips on the Z as well.

Here is my old GT with Work Emotion CR Kai's. I got a lot of the same responses, some guys loved em, most hated em. I bet if you didn't tell people they were Japanese wheels, they'd all like them.

Everyone is going to have strong opinions on wheels..

If they fit your style then enjoy them and don't worry about peoples opinions!

I bought the FR500 replicas when they first came out, and lots of guys thought they were ricer.. I liked them though..

I think its a nice looking wheel on a nice car next to a SWEET 350Z! congrats !

Ppl are so fast to throw the term hating out there when one is not in agreement. Take the positive along with the negative when posting in a forum cuz you're bound to get opinions that are unlike yours so as long as you like the rims that's all that matters. Personally for that cash I would ve gone with a 3 piece wheel
