Steve Saleen has resigned from Saleen. As I said before, the Shelby Gt500 seem to have greatly affected Saleen, the company.

What if you left the sc on but also installed a large a/r turbo, could even be rear mount, that spools up late? Either clutch or bypass the sc at higher rpm when the turbo has spooled. You get low end tq, and high end hp without sc parasitic loss?

Manleys says the ford gt rods and pistons can take 1000hp, I wonder how much the stock 500 engine can take?

kenne bell has just released a new kit for the ford gt with a new blower snout to allow for 2.5 pulley and reflash to get to 7oo hp. they also did alot of testing with different pulley sizes, etc. check it out at www.kennebell.net
