I swapped out the 245x45x19 inch factory rims / Pirelli tires. with 245x50x18 rims & tires for a much quieter/ softer ride ....

Yes....I may switch out my rear 6x8 for some Kicker / CS.....the fronts are ok...for me....but then I don't blast my stereo more than 1/4 - 1/2 volume

Hello....shopping for a set of clean OEM 18 x 8.5 rims / wheels for my 2012 California special

Just wondering if any body has down sized there wheels on there 2011-2012 GT MY California special has factory 19 inch wheels & I want to down size to 18 for softer ride less rim & more tire 245x55x18

No.....I understand those reasons , but just think because of heat the intakes will crack too easily & should remain aluminum or titanium...maybe if they have an inner lining they are ok?

Not that I know of, ....the new coyote motors are obviously awesome & make a lot of power & plastics have there place , but not on the intake manifolds

Personally , I would not have a plastic intake on my car....just another way for manufacturers to cut cost & weight...aluminum wins the trade off
