Why can't after you "forge" the motor and replace the internals, valve springs, studs, etc. rev the motor to 10k rpm? What is the deal if you have an engine control unit capable of adjusting engine parameters to do so? If the factory ECU isn't capable of doing so why isn't there an aftermarket...
