I forgot the code but butterflies on imrc were. Stuck open and not gunked up so took actuator out had it tested at electronic. Place and they said it was fried......i had a cel light....felt sluggish...and had a leak cause imrc gaskets were cracked

What is your car doing to conclude that imrc controller is fried? Reason I ask is cause I have a 96 that I parked for over 3 years and it feels too too weak?
