3:rd gear is really hard to shift in to. If i go from 4 to 3 and do it quick it goes but standing still it wont go in any clues?

Need help what Belt are u guys running i have a KB 3" + metco4piece idlers that im about 2 get from lethal. Lower and alternator is stock. With 3" and 1 idler and the rest stock i had the K080745 Gates. So what Belt length shall i go for :shrug:
