I dyno'd my car with it's new Diablo chip and air filter kit today. She also has the FR500 cat-back and put down (SAE) 399 rwhp / 385 rwtq. The previous run with the same exhaust, no chip, and the stock air box without snorkle was (SAE) 383 rwhp / 375 rwtq.

I have one and I measured the change in AFR curve. However, the chip does a couple of other things as well:
disable shift indicator
lower high fan threshold.
