Whipple Supercharger Help

I just bought a whipple SC on the cheap because the guy said it needs a rebuild and that's it. When turning the snout it will turn then come to a dead stop. Looking under it there is some signs of where the blades touched. There no metal pieces but a few metallic gashes in the blades

What exactly are you asking? It needs a complete rebuild, so I hope you got it cheap cheap

I had the same issue that resulted from a connecting rod failure on my 2011 GT with a Roush TVS blower. I sent mine to Stegemier Porting Service for a rebuild.

Yeah traded my 04 Mach1 intake plus 400 for it. So will it need new blades? And how much do you think it will run? Sorry for the late reply the app doesn't tell me

Was asking what could cause this so when I spend the money to fix it (or if it's worth it) how not to do it again lol
