Tried and bought it. I just wanted to share the experiences. This is literally incredible. I've been gaming for over 30 years now and there has never been a leap in gaming like this for me. The headset does something unexpected. It puts you INSIDE the game. It's not a screen pushed against your face at all. It's not just being able to turn around in all directions, you're ****ing THERE. That was the biggest surprise for me.
I bought Dirt Rally(holy shit racing is 10x better), Skyrim, Megaton rainfall, and Resident Evil 7 and all of them are ****ing amazing. My ps4 pro has been sitting around collecting dust for weeks until now and I haven't been able to put it down. This is seriously mind-blowing tech and it works well with a good setup.
Negatives
-Nausea is a real thing for some people, but out of everyone that's tested mine(7) none of them have gotten sick. I played Skyrim for 4 hours yesterday, no problems.
-The Move controllers take some getting used to on Skyrim, but once you get them down they're incredible. So satisfying
-GT Sport is sort of tacked on right now. Hopefully, they're adding more to it.
-Some of the visuals are kinda blurry looking, but even playing games on my 4k TV, it'd rather be inside the experience.
Oh and btw, watching videos of VR does it zero justice, it cannot be understood without trying it.
