I’m in a neighborhood off rt28 just past sopranos restaurant going towards Falmouth.

Are you on great neck going towards new seabury or great neck north?

It's my dads house since I've been in boston for school, but I'm there all the time and will be down there a lot this summer. Off of great neck south, probably no more than 5 minutes from sopranos. What do you drive? I feel like I remember a mystichrome cobra running along 28 from time to time, not sure if thats you.

Been on a keto diet to shred a few lbs before, and the laziness your feeling is what they call KETO flu, basically your body isnt running off of carbs so you feel like shit, took me almost 2 weeks before to stop feeling that way. My go to for killing the fat kid cravings was always sugar free Jello. Tastes pretty good and you can eat bowls of it. Has no nutritional value and like 40 calories for a whole box. It is literally flavored nothing.

I would make tacos in a way that I would cook the meat with seasoning, etc then wrap it up in one of those big ass pieces of lettuce instead of using a shell or tortilla. I found myself quite often eating breakfast for dinner, bacon or sausage with the eggs cooked in the oil. Get a bag of Steamables veggies through it in the microwave, then about 1 1/2 mins before its done, drop a nice piece of butter in it and nuke it. Almond milk is a good way to drink a milk substitute, as it is carb free.

Fresh veggies are better & isn't butter defeating the point of a diet? I gotta stop eating so much candy & baked goods, but I love food & enjoy cooking & baking...

The Keto diet is all about full fats, healthy oils, proteins etc. Real deal butter, heavy cream, full fat half & half is fine.

The wife did it and it worked great for her. ( It made her as horny as I used to be ) I tried it for 24 hours and would rather be fat and happy! It actually cured her snoring.

Fresh veggies are ideal, but having the steamed blends are really handy if short on time. Used it a few times when throwing together a last second curry.

Butter and cream cheese are staples, as are bacon and eggs.

I love cooking which makes this pretty easy to do. After getting the basics of everything it's pretty easy to make your own killer meals.

For example, tonight was going to make a chicken dish, well pulled the chicken out of the pressure cooker and it seemed a little off. Forgot about it in the fridge for almost a week after brining. Half everything was already done (bacon, jalapenos, and cream cheese in skillet), so grabbed the pulled pork I smoked Saturday, made eggs, and turned everything into killer burritos for dinner.

As for oil, extra virgin olive, and coconut are what I use the most...unless I'm making bacon, and I will cook in that. Sam's has big bottles of the extra virgin olive for a good price. Seems they're trying to compete with Costco and their organic lines.

I'm starting to contemplate jumping on board with this. I like my cheese and bread though. I've never had a weight problem but when I think I don't look good in the mirror I exercise more and cut calories. Has always worked.
