Cosby gets 3-10 in state prison

Is it true that his other lawyer tried to get him to claim that he was only engaging in 'conversion therapy' when he humped a lesbian and was just trying to 'cure' her for her own good? Maybe if he had taken the stand with this he would have walked. Who knows?

He'll be a hero and worshipped by his convict brothers. Not saying it'll be great but it for sure won't be the same experience a broke loser would have. Probably dine with the warden and pay off the gangs and guards to make his life the best it can be. Go to the mall on weekends and that sort of thing.

I'll bet plenty would trade places with him.

But any dude that would drug a woman so he could hump her is not a good guy. He pretty much deserves any bad that comes his way. Even if he's really old and used to be really funny. Now he's just really creepy. That's all. Really, really creepy.

C'mon people, quit using roofies. Just man up, buy her dinner, take her to a concert and put in the time and effort. Sometimes it works and you get humped. Sometimes not. Just don't be a creep.

In this situation I feel Cosby would have benefited himself if he took the stand because it was primarily a she said/he said. Do they have any 100% proof he drugged and nailed her and if so, with what exactly or was it strictly her making a claim and the D.A. running with it.

I think it was just he said, she said. Not even any video proof like seems to happen so often these days. Oh, I guess there were those other 59 women who lined up to testify and say that he did it to them as well.

It's amazing how one guy can say a dozen or so women are all liars and get away with it, becomes a superstar and live the good life while another one says the same thing and goes to jail. Go figure....

And before anyone even starts to accuse me of being a Trump basher don't bother. I didn't mean him and never even mentioned his name above. I just meant this situation in general. That's it.

In my non professional cracker jack opinion Combustible might have a legit gripe with the women who testified against him considering he was never criminally charged no convicted. I'd file an appeal on that if anything. What bugs me more than anything is how you can be charged and tried over and over, until the state gets it's desired verdict, as long as it is a hung jury.
