Hey guys, just curious what people think the value of a 2004 CO Coupe with approx 13k miles. Not stock but comes with all the stock parts. Excellent condition.

I find it hard to value these cars as they are 17 years old.

I sold my SB Cobra 10 years ago with same mileage for 25k. It’s crazy that 10 years later these cars are still holding their value quite well. I know some people will say that a car value depends on how badly you want the vehicle but just based on the mileage and colour what is the best guess as far as what that low mile CO should sell for?

Thanks.

If it were mine I wouldn’t sell it for less than 30K. You don’t see these come up for sale much anymore like you did years back and even then being a rare color. How many out of 281 are left now?

Mine has 56K miles I got it in 2013 with 49K miles on it. I thought it was hard to find then but I hardly see CO come up for sale now compared to then.

Yeah, I think that combination. CO plus those miles. You'd have to be patient to find a buyer. I would think 30-32 if it's black.

Maybe I'm off.

I feel like these cars are few and far between but the Orange ones Especially. I love in a city of 200k people and I haven’t seen one. There are a few black ones and silver but no Orange. Will these cars be like the old 427 Mach 1s? I have no idea.

Does the bottom fall out on these cars in a few years?

Also I feel like these are the last true muscle cars to come out of Ford. Yes the new 500 is rediculous but it’s not exactly a regular guys car it’s now moving into exotic car territory based on how much they are and how much tech they use now.

IMO, Regardless of color the really clean 03-04 under 25kmikes are getting hard to find. It's depends on what someone is willing to pay for the Cobra they want.

That's a big part of the equation. Although the typical Terminator owner takes good care of their cars, low mileage, exceptionally clean examples are becoming more rare, so ultimately the price a buyer pays is heavily dependent on how much he wants the car he finds. The longer he's looked, the more likely he'll pay a premium.

Not taking miles into account I'm going with 35K for a Vert and 30 for a Coupe. Other than Mystic it's the only color that changes the price in my opinion.

I can appreciate that people get offered what they do on CO's, but, I honestly, don't see a large enough market willing to pay $30k+ for MOST Comp Oranges.

It takes a special buyer, and the correct presentation of the car for it to go $30k+

Made $7000.00 off my coupe when I sold it. And that buyer wasn't messing around; they are out there.
