Try calling them during normal business hours. They use to be one of the best. But i cant speak for them now as i haven't heard many use them in a few years.
I do/did. Nothing. He texted me about a week ago saying my H/E was being processed but its weird he is building me something that I havent even paid for yet. Like what if I didnt want it anymore? he would have to eat that cost. My car is down still and waiting on this. I hate to be more aggressive but, I feel like I need to make a decision sooner than later.

He usually makes them to order. It's a very good heat exchanger, if you're not looking for a gt500 style.
I got ahold of him, he had a ransome ware attack. My unit is being shipped out tomorrow.

Cool, i dont think it will be better or worse. I am keeping the same 180 TStat. It may take longer to warm up with the bypass being gone.
Are you looking for a stock or aftermarket heat exchanger?
Gord is a good guy and the HE is good quality. Easy to get ahold of via email or phone.
