When I had 2.59 pulley, intake email tune stock exhaust. I never seen my boost go higher than 11psi. Now that I have a posi port blower 2.40 pulley and still stock exhaust I have not seen it go higher than 13.5 psi. These readings seem very low to me. Suggestions?

Took the car out to irwindale 1/8 mile track last night. It was hot and humid so I didn't expect good times. Got my ass beat 3 times by a stock Nissan GTR. He ran 7.6-7.7@94 to my 8.1-8.3 (missing 2nd gear) and 7.8. Then he left and I ran a 7.660@92 and a 7.57 @ 92 with a 1.690 60'! Go figure...
