I'm piecing together an oil filter remount kit for and I'm at the fittings portion. The ports on the adapter plates are 1/2" npt on them. I can get hydraulic hoses made insanely cheap. Would it be best to convert these to AN fittings? What's the largest I can use for hose size? I'm also looking...

My Mach is an 04 with 69k miles on the H-Pipe. The only thing that I see is different from that picture to mine is the downstream O2 sensors are behind the first elbow cats and not behind the rear cats.
I've been in the Kooks shop recently. Everything that they make now is ball and socket so that they don't have a gasket to blow out. Fantastic shop though. If I knew how to TIG weld stainless, I would be an employee there.

Did anyone ever find out what the cause of this bearing running dry sound only in 5th gear was? I have it in my mach with only 46k on the clock and when I search for info on it, it's all stuff from about 2005. Trans is the factory 3650 from when the car was built 10/03.
I took the drivers side valve cover off to see what the tick/tap in the head was and didn't see anything weird until I started looking at the cams. They have a distinct blue hue to them as though they were severely over heated. I would think that due to the lash adjuster/rocker arm being roller...
