It's well worth going, we trailered our Cobra up this year. I think we had 40 terminators enter the track together. I believe they're talking about the possibility of having drag racing as well next year.
If you're interested in an alternative on the fuel tank, I just redid the setup in my 87 TC, replacement stock tank with the aeromotive phantom retrofit kit. The hat is basically a perfect match for the stock opening.
Sure was, right outside of the Beltway. We used to caravan up there from the Lake Jackson area. The seawall on the far side of Galveston was a jumping spot too for a while.
Yesterday was the first time going to the Houston Cars and Coffee-what an event. I had read there would be a lot of cars and good variety, but was unprepared for the scope of vehicles. Too bad it was so gloomy-sun never peeked out, which didn't help the pictures. Still, got a few decent ones...
