Saw this just now. I don't know the validity of it at all. IF this is real, then I'm most likely keeping my 14 GT500 unless this looks much better in person.

Sounded like I heard 8-10 audible clicks at the end as if someone was paddle shifting through the gears. Could be something else, but who knows.

The cars we have are truly special and despite the technological advances and upgraded interiors in newer cars, they're still hard to compete with. Especially if you mod the suspension and do bolt ons. Love mine and I'm probably not getting rid of it. Unless the 19 GT500 blows my skirt up. We...
LOL. Just my opinion brother. I didn't drive the R though, just the non R. Either way, I doubt the R would be enough of a difference to warrant me getting rid of my car. Maybe you should come take a ride in my 14 GT500 and compare the two.

In the brochure posted above, looks like 772HP, 743TQ, at least 7 gears in "S" (sport) mode and the + and - look like paddles on the digital readout. Badass if true.

Couldn't agree with you more, I'm looking forward to the new GT500. Hopefully it will impress me and I'm sure it will.

I went and test drove one today. I wasn't impressed. It is very refined, handles extremely well, interior is an upgrade and the suspension feels great. I hoped it would knock my socks off, but it didn't. The power was linear and smooth, but it needs and could handle another 150 HP easily. I have...
Thanks, but I already threw it away. I've been trying to fix that button problem for two years and to find out it was that made me not want to every look at it again. Hopefully my frustration will help someone else in the future.

Okay, so I replaced the clock spring. It was tedious, but I'm cautiously optimistic that it's fixed. The process is straight forward, but still tedious. If anyone has any questions, let me know.

I've had to replace the steering wheel's four way directional pad with "ok" button in the middle several times since I've had my car. After reading up on the clock spring, I think this may be the issue. I've replaced that set of buttons three times with new ones and they always go out over time...
Not sure what's on the bottom of the exhaust tips, but it looks good. You want to look for tool marks on the bolts, screws etc. Looks like a clean car from what I can see. Check for the same in the engine bay. Good luck.

I haven't driven a 2013, but I doubt the 2017 interior is that much better. The all-digital gauges and cramped interior were just terrible. One thing I didn't mention was the front windshield doesn't seem tall enough, it's like the windshield is squinting or something. Our windshields are like a...
