Has anyone takin their intercooler apart mine is leaking and idk where from but it's blowing coolant up into the blower into my motor has this happened to anyone else? Can I buy a new intercooler for these setups? Thanks!

Combo is a 2012 RCSB 5.0 F150 with a boss intake , catless y pipe, cat back magnaflow exhaust, nitrous outlet plate kit on a 150 shot and a circle d 3c converter made 440 hp 490tq on a 100 shot and stock intake made 350hp 360tq NA any new guesses?
Thinking about at some point switching from a plate kit to a Procharger, thinking of getting a d1sc with a stage 2 kit for my f150, already have a boss intake and a circle d 3c converter. What could I expect to pick up? My truck weighs 4500lbs

Is it worth going to a boss intake with a plate kit on a pickup? I have a stock intake now was thinking about a boss intake before but didn't want to kiss my low end torque but now with the spray I think that should make u for it any thoughts?
Has anyone changed Pistons and rods in a f150 coyote motor? Do they have the same weight as the Mustangs wanting to put Pistons in my truck so I can spray more nos but want to do it in the truck so they will need to be stock weight, thinking about maybe trying boss Pistons and rods thanks!
I don't think that my controller is working right but I'm not sure how to tell what's going on, it worked fine on the dyno I made an extra 90rwhp and 130rwtq so I know that everything should work fine but I went to test it after the dyno and it only works in split second sperts I went through...
Would this be safe you guys think? I have a email motor tune it runs about 27 degrees of timing and 11.2 afrs if I pulled 2 degrees of timing you think it would be safe to spray a 75 or even 100 shot if I pulled like 4 degrees? Any info would be great!
I am putting my nitrous setup on my truck and I have the nos 2stage mini progressive controller on it and I'm wondering if I have it setup right, I have my tech wire t tapped into my common wire with off a coil and my tps on the falling wire which while programming it I have it set to .6 volts...
