But I was reading online and they said if I use stock rocker arms it doesn’t matter to rotate the crank, just torque em down to 25ft lb at any position?
Well someone just told me that maybe I’m missing lash caps that’s why I wanted to confirm. Sent pic. Also what would the procedure be on setting these? Just torque em down?

I’m in the process of finishing up my rebuild for my 90 Mustang 5.0. I’m running stock cylinder heads, my questions are, will I need to use valve lash caps? I’m using new but stock pushrods, rocker arms, hydraulic roller lifters.
And is there a special procedure to set valve lash? Or...
hi there, my 04 cobra gets a issue which almost feels like a vacuum leak. When I stop at a light and press the brake the rpms will drop and rise like a vacuum leak. Any tip for this? I’ve tried cleaning the MAF, IAT. nothing so far.

Well I found out it was a mach 1 airbox , so there’s no bend at the end. Could that cause a idle surge? I’ll be throwing my cold air in back today and testing
Yes it had a cold air intake outside the fender on stock MAF and tubing and I put the stock housing on and it did change the position of the MAF but i believe it only goeson one way on a stock housing?
