01 Cobra Vert roller

Alright so as happy as I am with the Cobra, I just can't live with the fact that its a Vert. I am curious if I can get rid of the roller, and that way I can swap all of the goods into my 04. It will look exactly the same just minus motor/tranny. I dont want any of the Cobra parts,, I just want the motor/tranny! Or we can negotiate by me keeping more/less.
Clean and clear title in hand
