Car looks great, thinking of keeping it now?

This looks so badass. Is their any bulge with the 335 out back? What all did you have to do to fit those? Low profile IRS bolts I assume with rolled fenders, any spacers? Your car is one of my favorites on here, nicely done.

Thanks for the kind words. I think the bulge is minimal if any. Can take a picture if needed. I also have 3/8 spacers along with what you mentioned.

Don't those big meats just add more weight and rotating mass? Do bigger tires/rims create lower hp numbers on dynos? I get decent traction with 305/35/18's so know need to go way bigger. Curious if others are going way big for looks, function or both?

Not talking 18/345s as I' m not sure of the answer....but I know in my case, going from 17" 17x10.5" with 315/35 replicas to 18x11 CCW 1 piece with 315/35s.....I went from 64lb in each rear corner to 58lbs with 1" larger ccw's. Fronts went from 17x9 factory 275/40 at 53lbs to 18x 9.5 CCW 275/35 at 49lbs.

So, going 18" I saved 20lbs rotating weight. Bigger footprint, much better looking IMO. 3 piece would have saved even more weight, but I'm still happy both cosmetically and weight wise with the 1 piece. Factory and reproduction chrome rims are freak'n heavy, even at 17"
