03 Cobra getting a whining sound need help

Could be your intercooler pump, see if coolant is moving in the over flow tank.

I know 4:10 battery gears whine a lot in these cars...

It could be a bad idler pulley. Pull the belt and see if you can wiggle and spin the idler pulleys. You will know instantly if one of them are bad.

I think it is one the pulleys, sounds pretty close to them, I'll check them out.

If the only changes were battery, oil, and assuming oil filter, I'd look into the oil filter. Some oil filters make a buzzing noise, but never heard of a whining noise. What type of filter is it? Cheap crap, or Ford recommended?

I put the motorcraft stock one.

there's 100 things that will make a whine, take a video. and pictures, I still say your PS/brake fluid. eaither are very dirty

Yeah get rid of them, they tend to explode under boost conditions
