03 cobra intercooler pump help

I'm working on a 03 cobra and the intercooler pump is not working when the car is running. I can take the relay out and. Jump it and it works fine. Anyone have this problem?

Is the car warmed up enough, it doesn't kick on immediately if it's cold, but it should come on rather quickly

found the problem. It ended up being in the fuse box. It wasnt getting power to the fuse so i took the fuse box apart (the one in the engine bay on the driver side)and the pin was bent down. Looks like it might of been wrecked and it got all smashed up at one time..

nah bro my pump works fine but the friggin coolant still doesnt circulate and ive tried EVERYTHING to burp it to no avail
