03 cobra stutters when getting on brakes when trying to roast tires

Alright guys well every time i get on the brakes to do a burnout the car always stutters and wants to stall makes no sense cause if i just dump the clutch and floor it it'll roast the tires but right when i get on the brakes it stutters.. Also when doing a WOT pull its all good and i have changed the spark plugs full filter and i know its not the tune cause I've gotten it retuned twice different places.. I am thinking its the FRPS but i am not sure anyone have a idea? and the mods i got are port pullied and exhaust. Thanks.

I have not tried to ever do a power breaker, but wouldn't that cause the abs to try and kick in?

I'm pretty sure there's a separate limiter for when the car is stationary. Maybe your tuner lowered that limiter. People use it as a two step.

Its not that cause it has done burnouts but just starting acting up again.. iam pretty sure its the FRPS.
