A few days ago I decided to take my car out for a nice cruise on a nice curvey road I frequent. As usual I went out to the usual intersection and made a U-turn to come back after some fun. Just as I cleared the small town on the way back I noticed a new silver camaro in my mirror. I was so happy because I had been trying to race one of these cars since they came out but no dice, till now. I was hoping it was an SS.
He kept up with me as expected through the corners. Finally we got to the 4 mile stretch of road that is pretty straight. He pulled along side of me doing about 60 and jumped on it.
I was actually waiting for it and was already in third. He still got the jump on me by about a 1/2 car when I stopped his pull and started the walk. As I passed him he did not look happy. When I shut it down at 120 I had him by 3 cars and saw him shaking his head. We went again with an very similar result. We both made a left onto another road that instantly turned into one lane and I let him go ahead since he had already lost twice and he tried to run away. This is when I found out it was indeed an SS as I had suspected from the first pull. I jumped on it again and realed him in at around 90 or so. He eventually turned off and gave me the thumbs up.
I have been waiting to run one of these cars for a long time. I have been wondering how I would do and can say I am very happy with my little 2v and kenne bell.
I would tell you about the civic I beat but honestly it wasn't a win it was a beating! Poor shit talking kid.
