03 Mach 1 and 03 Cobra Front Springs

Thought I'd post this question here and hopefully someone will know the answer.

Are the front springs, in the stock location, interchangable between an 03 Cobra and an 03 Mach 1 ?

I'm not talking about the spring rate, I mean the size specs. For example, the perch size, spring O.D., etc.
