Actually, a prior owner (not the seller) chimed in that his house was part of one of the MASSIVE fires out west, but luckily the car was not there. That's how the splitter and binder were lost.
The trouble is, a parts hoarder like me will never let a part like that go, just in case I ever need it for our R (I have one, thats complete, with all the pieces: rivets, dzus, support bar, and even the instructions)
