My friend traps 134 running 12.0 on a 05' GT vortec. Previous owner ran 10.5. I think this proves driver mod is a BIG PART of it. :lol:

yea..out of the 3 times he has ran it in like 2 years..lol

good read. i agree with what most people have said about running 10s with these cars. imo it really is a personal preference. some people want dyno sheets and some people want time slips. i personally like pushing a limited setup to its max. its what sets apart the true racers and drivers.

i would bet a well setup ported cobra could beat a ts car on the street from a 40 roll. im not saying its a typical thing thats easy to do but it is possible.
