Is it worth upgrading my 2011 with the 13/14 catted H-pipe. I've read that It has a higher performance cat and that it's a direct bolt on for a 11/12. I've done some searching but can't find much on this topic.

You would be upgrading or changing the sound. The 07s thru 14s all use the same exhaust manifolds which at the neck is the narrowest part of the exhaust. The stock cats flow pretty good.
Not worth it. Pipe assemblies are near identical.
