I'm pretty sure to hit that # you need a JLT 123 or 127, Twin 65,67 or mono TB, upper and lower pulley and headers.

2.8 KB w/ 2.875 pulley and OR H-pipe should do it. I'm sure there is a Whipple combo also.

KB 3.2 LC setup should get you there.. $6500 complete kit for 150rwhp over stock not to bad..I will be saving my pennies to do this setup hopefully this year..but it depends on how much you want to spend to acquire that hp..it maybe possible also to get that with exhaust, upper, lower, and intake like 07 black beauty stated

This would get you reasonably close, and is definitely the cheapest option.
