How much should I offer for a mint condition 1986 Mustang GT w/ T-tops. Car has original owner and was meticulously cared for since new. The car looks identicle to the picture with the exception of this car has t-tops. It has approx 10-20k easy miles. I don't know what to offer because the kbb is $1,725 and that seems low to me. He is getting rid of the car to make room for a S197 GT500. He's a family friend and I think this is a gem of a car with loads of potential.
