Looks nice and clean, other than those checkered flag stickers.
Any future mods in your thoughts.

Ya the stickers are going away asap, ya my grandpa bought it brand new back in 96 kept it in garage pretty much most its life. Then he passed and my dad got it. Now my dad doesnt drive it so I bought it from him before he could sell it to someone els.

Nice man, definitely clean it up, lower it and throw an exhaust and short shifter on it and a good tune but don't go nuts with it IMO. And now that I'm on my computer I saw the dash pad... hopefully that goes too lol.

3rd generation owner too? That's great man. Really cool. Sorry to hear about your grandfather.

I have a lot of love for the SN95s.

Yeah I'm excited to take this baby to some car shows. And thanks

Good luck with "just a few mods". That's a slippery slope. Haha
Bought my 98 bonestock back in 04. I was planning on just a few mods also. (But I knew better, as it is/was my 6th Mustang)

+1 on the dash pad removal. Otherwise sweet car.

Congrats on the score! I recently bought a 96 low-mile time capsule as well... cool cars!

As for mods and the stickers, if it were my car, I’d keep it exactly as my grandfather and father passed it down to me. I’m sure there are some pictures of your grandfather and dad with the car and those stickers are what identifies this 96 Cobra from every other white 96 out there. I’d keep it just as they had it and then hand it down to your kids some day.

My "time capsule" had a bunch of gotchas lol. 33k mile 2000 GT. Hopefully this one is bone stock minus the stickers and pad.

As for protection... #yolo
