2.5 and 10% is gonna be a lot of boost. Mine is close to 20 with the 3.25/10%. I want to do the 3"/10% soon though. It was 23-24lbs but I wasn't wanting it at the time. Someone had 1000whp with their 2.8 so they can make power.

700whp on mustang dyno with e85. Tuner, Bill Miller said there's more in it at this boost level with more timing or I can go bigger pulley. I was trying to be as safe as possible. It's definitely plenty of power to break loose in 3rd with street tires or 2nd with drag radials.

those are some good number man. I have a 3" upper right now and thinking about doing 10% lower or going with 2.75 upper with stock lower on e85...

I use a 10% lower and 2-7/8" upper for race fuel and a 3.25" upper for 93 pump gas on the same belt. I have a 2.5" pulley but it requires a belt swap. The 2.5" pulley was meant to be used with a stock pulley. I think the 2.5 will spin the rotors to fast. The main factor is what RPM you will be shifting.

How much did you make with 10% lower and 2-7/8" upper. How about with just 2.5 upper and stock lower any ideas... i may do just a upper on e85

He's got cams do don't plan on using his combo unless you have cams. 3" upper and 10% lower is 23-24lbs with stock cams

First time on the dyno I limited to 6500 RPM. The car is now climbing very strong to 7200 and making more PSI and noticeably more HP. Here is my dyno sheet from the initial tune at 6500 RPM:

What is your compression ratio?

stock cams n motor

Headers alone should not drop boost 1-2 pounds. When I added 2-7/8 headers, it was not significant. Cams can drop boost depending on how they are degreed. I had small cams with more advanced intake timing and boost dropped 2 pounds. I now have bigger cams and I got the 2 pounds back.

i also will disagree that headers won't drop boost levels, i did a back to back comparison here.

My bad.... Great numbers regardless.

What was the correction on this sheet? It was cut off of the image.

What pulleys did you use?
