2003 cobra clutch cable problem

Old cable was stretched out making me not go in gear. Got a new OEM cable from ford. Now when I push my pedal in I can feel grinding of gears in the pedal. Not sure how I could've messed up a cable install lol.

anyone experience this?

Not sure what you mean. I have stock adjuster and everything. Didn't know you could adjust stock

Stock setup you would lift up on clutch pedal..
It will self adjust

Also did you lube cable before installing..

Are you trying to put it in gear when you feel this grinding or are you feeling it in neutral with the pedal pressed?

If its in neutral with out trying to put it in gear the clutch fork is probably hitting the pressure plate.
